J. Cole is out on the road promoting his forthcoming album, Born Sinner. He stopped by Los Angeles radio station Power 106 for a Q&S session on Big Boy's Neighborhood.
He talked about wanting 50 Cent and Nas on the record "New York Times," his first job, first rap name, his relationship with Jay-Z, speaks on Born Sinner album title, why there are not many features on it, releasing the project on the same day as Kanye West, and having a crush on Alicia Keys at an early age.
Cole also took the stage to perform "Crooked Smile," "Nobody's Perfect," "Lights Please" and "Can't Get Enough."
