New York, NY – Infamous Records, the NY based label helmed by groundbreaking MC Prodigy of Mobb Deep, announces today the upcoming release of two collaborative albums on November 25, 2014.
Prodigy himself has joined forces with up-and-coming Queens rapper Boogz Boogetz to deliver “Young Rollin Stonerz.” Throughout the entire album, the two rappers showcase their rhyming ability in a lyrical back and forth over beats by contemporary producers. Boogz made his first official appearance with the mixtape Far Rockaway Most Wanted that was hosted by DJ Khaled, DJ Il Will and DJ Rockastar and that featured appearances by Kid ink, Ace Hoods and Wiz Khalifa.
On that same Tuesday, NJ rapper Sam Scarfo will make his official debut on Infamous Records with “5 Million Stories Vol. 1 & 2;” the album was crafted with the assistance of legendary producer Ski Beatz who produced the entire LP. As suggested by the title, Sam will deliver his gritty stories with some help from fellow MCs Smoke DZA, actor-turned-rapper Rick Gonzalez and label CEO Prodigy. The album will be accompanied by a digital comic book that was illustrated by Marvel/DC Comics artist Damion Scott.
