Add another title to Officer Ross' list. Besides being a Correctional Officer and name jacker he's also a stalker.

Peep him watching Lloyd Banks like some kind of lovesick Stan while he poses with Wacka Flocka Flame at Hot 97's Summer Jam. Looks like he's about a second away from asking for an autograph.

I knew this dude was a G-Unit fan, haha.
