Chicago rapper and 150 Dream Team leader, G Herbo, sits down with DJ Smallz and weighs in on gun violence today, if this is the worst he has ever seen it, and if it can be fixed in the future.
"It's really sad, I ain't gon' lie," Herbo said. "It's been years in Chicago. murder's been going on. Organized crime, they getting people outta there the right way. It's been bad, it's been murders, it's been killing everywhere. It wasn't senseless murders.
"Everybody got a gun ... everybody wanna be a killer now. Everybody defending their block. Shit like that," he continued. "Your lifestyle, what you had in your face. You had so little options to choose from, to survive. That's what made people what they are today. It's been worth than this, it's just senseless. Don't nobody know what's going on. People who never did nothing. It's basketball players ... little kids getting killed. Niggas who never had no street credibility or street ties, who getting killed now."
