A fan who paid $9.99 for a subscription to Tidal so he could get Kanye West's latest album, "The Life of Pablo," has filed a class action lawsuit against the rapper and the streaming service.
My album will never never never be on Apple. And it will never be for sale... You can only get it on Tidal.

When the project was released West promised it would only be available through Jay Z's company. It was initially, but can now also be found on Spotify and Apple Music.
TMZ reports that Justin Baker-Rhett feels like he was tricked into getting a Tidal subscription and is now suing for damages.
