Fabolous is facing major legal problems after allegedly physically assaulting the mother of his 2 children, "Love and Hip Hop" star Emily Bustamante a.k.a. Emily B, back in March.
Emily claims that during the attack she was repeatedly punched in the face, knocking out her front teeth.
TMZ reports that Fabolous was indicted by a grand jury in New Jersey last week on 1 count of domestic violence with significant bodily injury, 2 counts of threatening to kill and 1 count of possession of a weapon ... a pair of scissors.
The rapper faces up to five years in prison for each of the third degree crimes.
