TMZ reports that one of 'Pac's ex-girlfriends snapped the photo at a 1990 house party in Marin County.
Tupac would frequently whip out his male member as a way to shock friends. On this occasion his ex threatened to take a photo if he didn't cover it up. The rapper wasn't willing to and the now infamous pic was snapped.
The ex has teamed up with a Rock and Roll auction house, hoping someone is willing to pay $7500 for it. If her asking price isn't met the photo will go to the highest bidder.
