As we previously reported, X real name Earl Simmons, is accused of owing the IRS $1.7 million in taxes, He turned himself in to federal authorities on Thursday, July 13.
During a subsequent hearing, the multi-platinum selling rapper pleaded not guilty to 14 counts of tax evasion.
TMZ reports that on Monday the judge in the case lifted X's travel restrictions, freeing him to leave New York City to work with prior court approval.
