Cowboy5, real name Jamie Dijon Terry, is an upcoming rap and hip-hop artist from
Atlanta. Having racked up millions of streams on SoundCloud, with single
“StickyPads” (2018) garnering radio play, the independent artist is making moves.
From aged 7, Cowboy5 made music with an old computer and a microphone, pressing up mixed
tapes with a disc burner. Now, he’s recording in major studios and performing at venues across
Atlanta.
The rapper cites his main influences as Johnny Cash and Tupac, and his main motivation for
making music is “knowing that his story is being told.” Watch out for the next chapter.
