Video After The Jump 12 time Grammy Award winning singer Alicia Keys is much more than just a fantastic entertainer. She is doing great humanitarian work in Africa through her foundation 'Keep Hope Alive' . She sat down with CNN's TJ Holmes to discuss how her foundation is helping to stop the spread of the HIV/Aids virus through education, awareness and donations to help families in need with medicine they would not be able to afford otherwise.
