Chris Brown scored a big legal victory in court on Tuesday, May 24, over Nia Guzman, the mother of his one-year old daughter Royalty Brown.
Guzman was seeking to have Brown's visitations monitored and limited because she claims the singer uses drugs and is affiliated with gangs.
The judge in the case shot down her request. Brown will continue to have joint legal and physical custody of Royalty. He gets 12 unmonitored visits a month.
TMZ reports that Guzman is also asking that Brown be ordered to cough up $16,000 a month in child support instead of the $2,500 he's currently paying. There's been no ruling on that request yet.
