Cartel Count Up was born in Queens, Ny. At the age of 14 his mother sent him to live in Va with his father. Where he learned the hustle from his older brother. Once his brother went to the Feds. He turned to making music to make up for the loss of his brother. Now he is taking over the streets of Va day by day. Some call him the Ambassador Of Virginia.
