Capone-N-Noreaga are about to take rap back to the days of real mc's on their upcoming album 'War Report 2'.
Much like Raekwon did on 2009's 'Only Built For Cuban Linx II'.
It only makes then that they have formed a joint venture with Rae's Ice Water (ICEH2O) label to put out the sequel to the 1997 hip hop classic 'War Report'
The duo chop it up with Angela Yee about the new album, their relationship with Raekwon and whether or not they would ever work with Joe Budden.
