Can't Catch A Break: T.I. Being Sued By Alabama Promoter For Failing To Appear At 'Welcome Home' Concert

As if he doesn't have enough problems to deal with, rapper T.I. now has a lawsuit on his hands. The Associated Press is reporting that T.I., real name Clifford Harris Jr is being sued by an Alabama promoter for failing to show at a 'Welcome Home' concert in May. Carl D. Davis claims he paid the rapper's agents more than $50,000 for Tip to perform, but the Atlanta mc failed to show up. Davis says he suffered chest pains, nausea, emotional distress and hospitalization when T.I. didn't appear. No word yet on the exact amount Davis is seeking in damages. T.I. was just sentenced to 11 months in prison for violating his probation. twitter-5d.gif
