Boosie Badazz wants Capital One to make him whole on $351,000 that was withdrawn from his bank account without his permission or knowledge.
According to TMZ, the rapper says his driver's license was stolen two years.
The thief or thieves used the information to gain access to his account. On 8 different occasions large amounts of cash got taken out.
Capital One has returned a portion of the stolen money, but Boosie wants every penny of it back.
He's filed a lawsuit against the bank in an effort to force them to cough up the full amount.
