Boondox has released his new single ""Get It In" from his upcoming album KRIMSON CROW, which is slated for a December 18th release via Majik Ninja Entertainment. The NOBE produced track can be heard online, and features Boondox spitting his trademark macabre, volatile and off-kilter rhymes that have earned him a rabid cult following.
"The song 'Get It In' is just straight-up violence," commented Boondox about the track. "This is the soundtrack you'd put on when you want to break something."
Recorded at The Dojo Studios in Detroit, MI, "Krimson Crow" features guest appearances by Rittz, Stevie Stone, hard rock outfit Saving Abel, Jamie Madrox of Twiztid, Hard Target, and David Ray, and production by Michael "Seven" Summers, and C-Lance.
Boondox emerged from the rural backwoods of Georgia with his scarecrow swagger mixing southern raps with a country twang long before country rap was born. His debut album "The Harvest" produced some sinister rhymes that resonated with the darker side of hip-hop and featured the viral hits "We All Fall" which now has almost 5 million views on Youtube. Boondox's Southern roots run deep as he evolved and showed his versatility from backwoods moonshine rhymes to campfire acoustics. Throughout his career, Boondox has collaborated with everyone from Jelly Roll and Twiztid to recording with Stefanie Eulinberg from Kid Rock's Twisted Brown Trucker band.
