What is it about Black Friday that brings out the worst in people? Is saving a few dollars worth acting like heathens?
Shoppers from coast to coast packed stores yesterday. Reports of robberies, shootings and fights are all over the news.
One such fight took place inside the Franklin Mills Mall in Philadelphia. Two women went toe to toe in the middle of the mall. They started on their feet, then fell to to the ground, throwing blows the whole time. One of the women pulled out a stun gun and used it on her opponent.
Meanwhile, another fight was going on right behind them.
Shopper Mike Napolitano filmed the madness. He spoke with NBC Philadelphia about what he saw.
"It started out, one couple was fighting with another couple. They had words, the guys got into a fight and then the girls," said Napolitano. "One couple, they were like a family and all, with a young child in a stroller."
