Amanda Seales stopped by The Breakfast Club this morning to talk about her first stand up special, this would be the second time that HBO has a Black woman doing a comedy special, with the first one being Wanda Sykes back in 2009. Speaking on how she prepares for doing such a big special Seales said that she is better at improvising than writing down the jokes and memorizing them beforehand.
She also spoke about the success of social media and how it has caused people to think that everyone can enter a conversation that they don't know anything about whether it be about racism, politics or something else!
With one of the most controversial topics still in the media being the singer R Kelly, Seales wanted to make it clear that he is off-limits for jokes now to comedians, because of the things he has been accused of doing.
