American Idol is ready to blow everything up and start from scratch. Ratings this season are 25% off from last season and Fox executives are putting the blame squarely on the shoulders of Nicki Minaj, Mariah Carey, Keith Urban and Randy Jackson.

According to TheWrap, all four will be sent packing as the show looks to reboot and get back to what made it a ratings monster in years past.

"All four are gone," an insider told TheWrap. "They feel they've lost their core audience and they want it back."

Longtime producer Nigel Lythgoe is also expected to be let go.

Before the season even aired, Nicki and Mariah already were having problems coexisting on the same set. Their feud has continued throughout the season.

During a recent interview with KTLA, Nick Cannon says Carey warned the show's producers before the season that things weren't going to work out.

"My wife foreseen all this," Cannon said. "She tried to tell the network 'I don't think this is going to work.' She was like 'I don't need this. I'm doing this for the brand of American Idol. I love the show, but you're kind of taking it in the wrong direction because this is going to turn into one of those reality shows.' She was like 'I didn't sign up to be on Love and Hip Hop."

The ratings this season are the worst in the 14 season history of the show.
