Marlon Wayans is a comic so naturally he cracks jokes. However, one such joke about an actor may cost him some money.
Wayans posted a side-by-side photo of Pierre Daniel and cartoon character Cleveland Brown, along with the caption: "Tell me this n*gga don't look like ... THIS N*GGA!!! Ol Cleveland Brown ass lookin."
TMZ reports that Daniel is now suing Wayans for racial discrimination and harassment. He claims that his acting career is ruined because he now suffers from "anxiety, shock, pain and discomfort." What Wayans perceived as a joke, Daniel saw a "cyber bullying," according to his lawsuit.
Daniel actually had a part in the Wayans-funded film, A Haunted House 2. Great way to repay a favor right?
Daniel is suing Marlon and his production company for unspecified damages.
