50 Cent will be joined by Kidd Kidd, Tony Yayo, Young Buck and Lloyd Banks when he returns to the Chelsea Handler Show on the star-studded special live finale on August 26.
G-Unit will perform and 50 is expected to sit down for an interview with Chelsea.
It will mark the end the of the talk show host's successful seven-year run on E!. In addition to G-Unit the finale will have more than 30 celebrities stop by to wish Chelsea a fond farewell. Sandra Bullock and Jennifer Aniston are confirmed guests.
35 entertainers will collaborate on a song to close out the show. The group includes Justin Theroux, Ben Falcone, Melissa McCarthy, Joe Manganiello, Leah Remini, Selena Gomez, Gerard Butler, Minnie Driver, Kristen Chenoweth, Trace Adkins, Avril Lavigne, James Van Der Beek, Rachel Bilson, Mary McCormack, Kelly Osbourne, Helen Hunt, Sheila E, Richard Marx, Kathryn Hahn, Johnny Knoxville, Tim Gunn, Anna Faris, Gabriel Iglesias, Chloe Grace Moretz, Buzz Aldrin, Sammy Hagar, Vanessa Hudgens, Sophia Bush, Jenny & Jason Biggs, Allison Janney, Alessandra Ambrosio, Kathy Griffin, Kevin Nealon, Marlee Matlin and David Hasselhoff.
