Hip-hop has always been about storytelling, and One3AJ is here to tell his. Hailing from Maringouin, Louisiana, AJ Dupree—better known as One3AJ—has been grinding his way up, fueled by both personal loss and an unstoppable hunger to succeed. “Losing a friend who did music, I picked up the torch to keep the flame alive and honor his name,” he says. That kind of purpose doesn’t fade, and it shows in every track he drops.

His name is already buzzing in industry circles, with major co-signs from Houston’s Sauce Walka and a personal encounter with NBA YoungBoy’s mother at a showcase. When your music is getting reposted by key players, you know you're making an impact. “Being acknowledged by artists like Sauce Walka shows that my music is being heard and appreciated,” he says.

Sonically, One3AJ blends melody with real-life pain, crafting a sound that’s smooth yet deeply reflective. “My music resonates because it speaks to people who have been through or are going through the same struggles I’ve faced,” he explains. His tracks don’t just hit—they heal.

One3AJ’s come-up has been anything but easy, but his independent mindset keeps him pushing forward. No manager, no label—just hustle. “I’ve always been independent,” he says. Whether it’s locking in collaborations or marketing his music, he moves strategically, making sure every step counts.

That grind was tested when he had to undergo surgery, forcing him to rethink how he approached music. But setbacks only fueled his ambition, and he dropped an album that did over 50K streams—proof that he wasn’t slowing down for anything. “That was a huge achievement for me,” he says, showing that persistence always pays off.

Beyond the music, One3AJ keeps his fans close. He doesn’t just drop music and disappear—he connects, responding to messages and showing love to those who support him. “I want my fans to know I see them as people, not just numbers. I appreciate them,” he says.

Now, with his upcoming single Search for You, One3AJ is ready to take things even further. “It’s a song that speaks to the journey of searching for answers and finding peace,” he shares. With every release, he’s proving that he’s not just another rapper—he’s an artist with a vision.

For One3AJ, the goal is simple: “Every artist started from the same place I did. If they kept pushing, so can I.” And with the moves he’s making, it won’t be long before his name is ringing out far beyond Louisiana.

In the world of hip-hop, where authenticity and
storytelling are key, Meda Monsta has carved a
unique path that sets him apart from the crowd.

With roots in Willingboro, NJ, Meda Monsta has been
making waves in the music industry with his distinctive
style and insightful lyrics. In a recent interview,
we got an exclusive look into his journey and what
makes his music stand out. The Name and the Beginnings
Meda Monsta's stage name is as distinctive as his music.
He explained that his stage name was born out of his
early days in the game. "My stage name was a play on
how I created my lines when I was younger. Metaphors
and punchlines were my main focus so I became Meda."
However, the "Monsta" part of his name was a spontaneous
addition, thanks to another artist named Rudder.

Meda Monsta recalled, "Years later, another artist from
around my way named Rudder just called me Meda Monster
under a post, and I ran with it. S/O to Rudder for that
one." Unique Style and Message Meda Monsta's music ischaracterized by its bluntness and the profound lessons
hidden within his lyrics. "My music is pretty blunt,
and there's always a jewel I drop or a lesson in a line
to take with you and think about," he explained. What
truly sets his music apart is its deeply personal nature.
"My music is unique because it's all my experiences
wrapped in one song or album. No one can tell my story
but me, and that's what makes it a one-of-one."

Collaborations and Ambitions In the interview, Meda Monsta
talked about his recent collaboration with Trapman Kane on
the track "Turn On Me," which was released on
September 3rd. He described the song as a "very
tough record about loyalty and progression."

When asked about future collaborations, he hinted at
aiming high. "Hopefully, the next one will be with an
artist a lot of people are familiar with. I'm looking
for a challenge." Influences and Aspirations When asked
which mainstream artist he would most compare himself
to, Meda Monsta mentioned two hip-hop legends, Jadakiss
and 2Pac. "I'd have to say it's hard for me to answer that
question because I'm influenced by a lot of greats.

I'm like a Jadakiss/2Pac. I say Pac because of my energy
and aggression and my storytelling records get pretty
detailed. I say Kiss because of slick lines, beat
selection, and cadences; he can hop on anything, so can
I." The Path to Success For Meda Monsta, success in the
music industry is not just about fame but also about smart
business decisions. "I feel like my business decisions
play a big part in that. Once I grab a big-name feature
and paid shows begin to come into play because of that,
the rest will take care of itself." He emphasized that his
goal is not to be the next Drake but to build a fanbase
that supports his family. Looking Ahead When asked where
he sees himself one year from now, Meda Monsta had a clear
vision. "I see myself with a larger fanbase and my name on
a known festival flyer to perform for and that big-name
feature. I'm set on that goal for next year."

Meda Monsta's journey from Willingboro, NJ, to the hip-hop
scene is marked by authenticity, a unique storytelling
ability, and a strong sense of ambition. With his eye
on collaborations with big-name artists and a growing
fanbase, he's a rising star worth keeping an eye on.
