Video After The Jump

21-year old Daron Stinson has been arrested by Philadelphia police for a series of pranks that scared the hell out of local residents.

Stinson would roll up in a car on people walking down the street, pull a pellet gun and shoot. Sometimes he would make demands before firing. Before realizing the gun wasn't real citizens thought they were the victims of a real drive-by.

Stinson and an unknown driver would then pull off laughing hysterically. Cops finally caught up with Stinson because he filmed all of the pranks and posted them on Instagram. He's been charged with aggravated assault and robbery. His bond is set at $250,000.

Stinson's father told NBC 10 Philadelphia that he didn't share his son's sense of humor.

"He considers it funny," Rodney Stinson said. "He does a lot of other things. Nothing with a gun is funny. Nothing. I don't consider it funny."

Instagram users are now laughing at Stinson's expense by posting comments on his videos and photos.

Skylar Diggins of the WNBA's Tulsa Shock has been a standout on the basketball court for a long time. The 5'9, 145 pound guard was a McDonald's All-American at Washington High School in South Bend, Indiana.

She followed that up with a stellar 4-year career at Notre Dame and won gold medals in competitions with Team USA in 2008 (Buenos Aires), 2009 (Bangkok), 2011 (Shenzhen, China) and 2012 (Athens).

Skylar was selected No. 3 overall by Tulsa in the 2013 WNBA Draft. She is represented by Jay Z's Roc Nation Sports agency.

Her stunning looks caught Lil Wayne's attention while she was at Notre Dame. This year Sports Illustrated came calling, asking Skylar to model for their 50th Anniversary 2014 Swimsuit Issue.

"I didn't really know how I was going to approach modeling swimsuits. I had never modeled in a swimsuit before," she said. "I think I kind of just wanted to get in and get comfortable. As the shoot went along I got more and more comfortable. And I think that really helped me get some great shots."

The shoot took place in Guana Island with photographer Adam Franzino.

Nicki Minaj and her legal team have a court battle ahead of them. The Young Money star is being sued by her former stylist who says he is responsible for creating her unique look.

According to TMZTerrence Davidson says that in 2010 he created "fresh, hip and unique wigs" for the rapper. Davidson claims Minaj stole his designs and took the credit for them herself.

12350640279?profile=original

He also accuses Nicki of costing him a multi-million dollar reality show by convincing him it would damage their business partnership.

The two parted ways in January of 2013. At the time Davidson issued a statement citing "creative differences" for the split.

“It has been an amazing experience offering me a chance to express my creativity and exhibit my love for the art form of wig design,” he said at the time.

Davidson has obviously changed his mind regarding "the amazing experience" because he now wants Minaj to cough up at least $30 million.

Jeffery Hubbard (left) and Kile Glover with his mom Tameka Foster

Video After The Jump

Jeffery Hubbard was found guilty today on all five counts facing him over the death of Usher's stepson, Kile Glover.

Hubbard, a family friend of Usher and his ex-wife Tameka Foster, was operating a jet ski on Lake Lanier in Georgia when he hit 11-year old Kile and a 15-year old teen, as their inner tube was being towed by a pontoon boat.

The July 6, 2012 accident injured the teen and left Kile with severe head trauma. He never regained consciousness and the family made the decision to remove him from life support two weeks later.

A Hall County, Georgia jury convicted Hubbard of homicide by vessel, serious injury by vessel, reckless operation, unlawful operation of personal watercraft and boat traffic violation.

Usher helped Tameka raise the child from the age of 4. Kile's father is TV executive Ryan Glover.

Pop superstar Katy Perry and Taylor Gang rapper Juicy J may not be a duo that would automatically come to mind when you think of collaborations, but they meshed well in the studio and produced the hit song "Dark Horse," which currently sits at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart.

The track is off of Katy's latest album, Prism.

Lyrics:

By the time you hear this, I would have probably made it
To the top, never stop pursuing greatness, that's my motto
With an Asian model, complimenting on my cadence
I'm just tryna convince her to company me to Vegas

Yeah, you work hard, live a little, be young again
Smile at them slackers, cause babe you ain't as dumb as them
They was busy doin' nothin', you was grinding on 'em
You came from nothin, now you Cinderella shining on 'em

I'ma cop you that slipper then make you dinner
And order a couple strippers, while you tuggin' on my zipper
Fuck this liquors giving me the urge to go diving
And you're like a river but your waters clearer than Hawaii

Vulgar tendencies, prude bitches ain't ment for me
Nude bitches, I love 'em, as long as we have chemistry
I respect your energy, I connect with you mentally
But most of all, in the bed you give me that remedy

Uh, mixing henny with some spicy ass chicken strips
Finger licking food and hell yeah I like my women thick
511's, I am strictly on that denim shit
By looking at me, you'd never know i spit venom bitch

They said I'd fail cause I don't look like a rapper
I don't talk like a rapper, but most of these dudes actors
Shit I ain't worried bout appealing to a bunch of civilians
Y'all don't have to like it but you'll feel it for real

Cause I kill it when I'm spilling my emotions on the track
These haters steady hoping that I crack
Man you're wack, fall back like a thousand feet
I ain't even hit my prime and you muthafuckas about to peak

Fuck talkin' 'bout all the rappers I'm 'bout to eat
I got a chip on my shoulder from those who doubted me
I love you Dad, without you this wasn't possible
I'm my Fathers prodigal son, dodging them obstacles

I'm defying science and everything that is logical
Grind is undeniable, my goal is to inspire you
What the fuck can you tell me? I'm young and healthy
On the way to being wealthy, and ain't nobody help me, Self Made
