Usher Raymond and his lawyer Mark Geragos are desperately trying to prevent a sex tape with the singer and his ex-wife, Tameka Foster, from being sold.
In 2010 Raymond's car was broken into and $1 million in jewelry, 2 cameras and 2 laptops were stolen. One of the laptops had the sex tape on it.
According to TMZ, the tape was offered for sale to pornography companies who all told the thieves to get lost because they have no legal right to it.
They are now trying to find blogs that will post it.

Let's face it, Kim Kardashian is an exhibitionist. That's not a bad thing at all in her case. She has a great body and loves to show it off. That love is usually reciprocated by her millions of admirers, but every now and again a voice of dissent emerges.
The 34-year old reality television bares all of her glorious butt in the latest edition of Paper magazine. The caption on the cover reads, "Break the Internet Kim Kardashian."
Glee star star Naya Rivera took exception to the Jean-Paul Goude-snapped photo and dissed Kim for it.
"I normally don't. But...you're someone's mother," Naya wrote on the photo posted on Kim's Instagram, referring to her daughter with Kanye West, North.
If Kim was worried about naysayers she didn't show it as she celebrated the shoot with her 25 million Twitter followers.
We're not mad at you Kim.
